As Service Quality Lead of the MED Service Quality department, you will be part of a quality team that plan and support the quality management and assurance activities in Service to achieve the satisfaction of our customers, the business, and the stakeholders ensuring that quality requirements are fulfilled trough the value chain applying the respective standards, business processes and quality plans.

Responsabilities
To strengthen the quality assurance across the value chain on Service activities in MED through:

  • Ensure the quality management of service is compliant with ISO 9001, Legal requirements, and Vestas management system requirements.
  • Following up on global quality strategic priorities and translation into regional needs;
  • Ensure the quality standards and support on targets achievement in Service;
  • Giving guidance and support on the NCR (Non-conformity) Management process in Service;
  • Develop continuous improvements activities to reduce CoPQ;
  • Inspire quality as a culture.

 

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality
  • Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner 
  • Ideally have achieved recognized Lead Auditor accreditation for ISO 9001 Standard 
  • Expertise and understanding of Service Quality processes 
  • Experience on data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions
  • Fluent in English

  • Communication cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations;
