The Digital Projects Intern will work with the Consumer Activation Projects Manager, in direct collaboration with the different members of the team and our pool of digital agencies. MISSIONS : Their mission will be to assist in the management of 360 digital projects and digital reports in line with the brand’s digital projects roadmap: 360 Digital Projects : support the project manager in the development and deployment of 360 digital activations to markets worldwide across touchpoints. Markets Coordination : accompany our markets on their day-to-day requests linked to new digital projects and tools to support local programs. Media Amplification & Report Consolidation : assist in the running of operational media campaigns, sharing of media guidelines, and consolidation of statistics and KPI reports. Digital Marketing Benchmark : collect and compile digital marketing innovation examples into powerpoint reports to share with teams. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : 360 DIGITAL PROJECTS Coordinate the deployment of specific Digital Activations with the Project Managers & Agencies (ex. Conception of Consumer Engagement mechanics such as QR codes activations; A/R lenses development) Brief the agencies, operational follow-up on the project management and sharing of brand elements Exchange with our Marketing, Image and Merchandising, and Retail teams to ensure smooth exchange of information and a 360-project approach MARKETS COORDINATION Create and share digital activation guidelines and best practices with the markets Assist our different markets in their day-to-day requests and questions linked to Digital Project rollout and local media topics Take part to Quarterly Meetings to update our Markets on the last Maison digital initiatives MEDIA AMPLIFICATION & REPORT CONSOLIDATION Coordinate ad campaigns with maison media agency and social media agency Assist in the compilation and consolidation of media campaign KPIs and reportings DIGITAL MARKETING BENCHMARK Collect and compile digital marketing innovation examples into powerpoint reports to share with teams Prepare documents for internal cross-team sharing on digital project updates WORKING RELATIONSHIPS : Internal: Marketing and Communication Departments Maison Team in Epernay IT, MH Media, CRM & Data teams External: Digital, creative and media agencies Partners & Other suppliers QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS : The successful candidate will have skills in synergy with Moët & Chandon DNA: Business or Digital Marketing Degree preferred Powerpoint Mastery Digital 360 agile mindset Comfortable with numbers Teamwork Self-motivation and autonomy Strong communication skills Enthusiasm Detail-oriented Languages: bilingual English / French 6 months-internship from March 2024 Location : Paris
