Adresse- Deliver administrative support and ideas in Knowledge Management Project and Training Programs
- Analysis on assessment to identify improvement area and suggestion on improvement action
- Case sharing via presentation for training
- Upkeep with the latest information/ knowledge on all kinds of services and products being offered by the contact centre so as ensure accurate and up-to-dated knowledge delivered by our CCAs
- Broadcast on business update to team (via written or verbal)
- Assist in project coordination
Your Profile
- Penultimate institute or university students (Year 2 or 3) preferable
- Agile and self-motivated team player
- Have a strong drive and passion to improve standards and processes
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Good command of MS Office including PowerPoint & Excel and Chinese input
- Knowledge in HTML, SharePoint will be an advantage
