AXA Partners, a global leader in assistance services, is seeking an experienced Teams Manager to lead a dynamic team in our Redhill office. This role involves managing Home and vehicle emergency assistance claims, requiring excellent communication, team leadership, and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 15 Claims Handlers
- Manage and provide full claim handling for Home and vehicle emergency assistance
- Coordinate assistance for customers, ensuring the best solutions are offered
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused work environment
- Work on a shift pattern covering 7am - 8pm, 5 days a week
Requirements:
- Proven experience in claims management in a high-volume environment
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive results and manage change effectively
- Understanding of FCA regulations, including Treating Customers Fairly
