CertifHy Project Management Internship CertifHy is an international hydrogen certification company based in Brussels, Paris and Munich created with the support of European financing looking to unlock the potential of clean hydrogen for the energy transition. Certification is a crucial enabler of the clean hydrogen industry, making sure that hydrogen and e-fuels are produced and used in a way that is in fact positive for the energy transition and the mitigation of climate change. It comes at the crossroads between regulation, international and national policies, economics, sustainability and industrial projects. Job description CertifHy is looking to reinforce its team with to accelerate the roll out of its products and improve its internal processes The internship duration is 6 months (starting as soon as possible) with the intention of offering a long-term contract to the successful candidate if the internship is satisfactory. The successful candidate can be based in Paris and will have an impact through the following tasks: Active participation in product line development: Participate directly in the development of one of our pivotal product lines focused on simplifying hydrogen certification to make it as accessible as possible for its users. By this you will get the chance to showcase your hands-on contribution to shaping and enhancing a crucial aspect of the company’s operations. Strengthening relationships with international partners: Actively take part in the further reinforcement of the company’s relationship with key international partners in the energy, hydrogen, fuels and certification sectors. Hereby you will be underscoring your strategic contribution to building and maintaining a global network. Supporting business process development and improvement: Provide essential support for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of key business processes, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our certification solutions. By doing this, you will highlight your role in driving continuous improvements to streamline operations and meet the evolving demands of the business. Desired skills & expertise Final year master’s student with a degree in engineering, policy, or business from a top University or School. Strong interest or experience in sustainable energy and the hydrogen sector. Some knowledge of project management best practices, tools, or methodologies. Dynamic and hands-on approach to tasks. Ability to bring projects forward in a complex and fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English. A collaborative spirit, motivation to learn, and a positive attitude to connect with colleagues and clients. Nice to have Knowledge or experience in one or several of the following areas: energy certification systems, EU energy policy and regulations, renewable energy markets, hydrogen technology and policy, and innovation management.
