POSITION SUMMARY
The EL Senior Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing all the 360° go-to-market activations taking place all year long in EMEA and helping the affiliates implement them. This is an existing position in the Consumer Marketing department, with a strong focus Paid but collaborating strongly with the Earned media manager. Strategies need to be developed jointly but the Consumer Marketing Manger is responsible for the full 360.
The Consumer Marketing Manager is at the heart of knowing/understanding the consumers thru data, determining from where to recruit new consumers, building regional media programs and campaigns to capture demand all year long, filling gaps in content and assets within Estée Lauder heros roadmap, keeping the momentum in building our competitive edge in the social/digital context.
The Consumer Marketing Manager will report to the Consumer Marketing Director EMEA and will work in close collaboration with the regional brand team: earned communication manager, corporate paid media manager, product Marketing Managers, ecom manager but also education, creative, retail, store design and VM. This implies also a very strong collaboration with EMEA markets (being able to understand market specificities) and Global teams in NY.
The job responsibilities will cover :
· Media & Digital marketing: lead and deploy the strategies & plans for our region. It includes:
o Brief our media partners Assembly and Corporate paid media manager on our recruitment objectives, priorities, tools and challenges for them to build relevant acquisition recommendations and ensure implementation in affiliates
o Work with local market on their media strategy, align on objectives / targets / priorities/sufficiency in partnership with marketing and corporate media manager
o Drive and oversee the execution of big bets campaigns and always-on concern programs in the EMEA markets including pre-campaign input , setting Kpis and targets, and post results analysis to take corrective actions when needed.
o Develop content marketing in order to be in sync with media strategy
o Leverage our media partners to run test and learn and scale if positive.
o Look actively to new consumers digital trends, competitions…
o Elevate gaps and needs to Global CE or EMEA Corporate
· Build in partnership with EL regional Marketing Managers regional 360° marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints on hero focuses, brand equity, new pure players launch.
o Build guidelines for execution in affiliates on owned media, paid media, CRM
o Determine potential gaps of new content and assets if needed
o Brief production team and deliver final assets/content to markets
o Lead consumer engagement plan for regional heroes (ie Anti Blemish)
· In collaboration with earned communication manager, step change local social media channels in terms of content and new functionalities to adopt to increase engagement rate, recruit new followers and increase sales coming from social media.
Work with Corporate Online managers to improve e-merchandising and to run commercial animation for all online channels;

Related experience in consumer-centric acquisition and retention strategies

must be a social media-savvy individual
experience in content marketing
Additional experience in the following areas counts as a big plus
Preferably relevant working experience in Luxury or Beauty industry.
e-commerce / on-line
Experience in a multinational company in a matrixed structure
