In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Contribute as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.

Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.

Ownership and accountability for after sales customers on service and customer relationship. Lead customer satisfaction results.

Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs.

The essential requirements of the job include experience >2 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.

Available for travelling >70% of worktime, be on site with customers.

Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely.

Proven experience in workflow of clinical analysis laboratories (IVD)

Good communication at different levels within the customer, from the operational to the laboratory Managers level, demonstrate great soft skills.

Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviations

Ability to manage issues and multiple priorities.

Intermediate in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese

degree in Engineering or similar.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
