Human Resources Project Officer [Internship]

The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc. Based in Lyon or Geneva, as an HR Project Officer you will undertake project co-ordination and project support responsibilities that contribute to the end-to-end delivery of operational and strategic initiatives projects led by the HR Governance. The position has a focus on project management and may be required to provide support on the delivery of other reviews, process improvement projects and initiatives within the HR Governance. In particular, the HR Project Officer will be involved in projects linked to Talent Management System review and training path construction, in collaboration with the different HR department of Mantu. Ideal profile : You have a Master Degree with a major in HR or equivalence or currently doing the Master You have a previous experience in HR field of minimum 6 months You are fluent in English, you are eager to work in an international team. French is a plus. You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
