Lead Sales Specialist - Downstream Chemicals

Our Downstream Chemical Team uses techniques to improve oil and gas well productivity in both conventional and unconventional formations. We provide our customers with effective chemical diversion stimulation treatment that boosts production while lowering operating costs. Our on-site provides real-time support, guidance and troubleshooting to ensure our customers function effectively and safely.

As a Lead Sales specialist, you'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With the purpose of generating business opportunities. You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business. You'll also expand existing business within the actual market.
 

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Downstream Chemical, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Leading and driving product and service sales activities proactively across existing and new customers within the market for Crude Oil and finished Fuel Additives.

  • Exploring and developing good relationships with strategic Energy Sector customers, both end-users and targeted channel partners for the Product Line.

  • Delivering as a minimum the financial plan as submitted and agreed upon during the planning cycle.

  • Controlling and having full accountability for the participation and data recorded in the company-designated eCRM platform.

  • Being responsible for training, presentation, coaching, and supporting others in the team.

  • Providing reporting to the P2R management on account activity and delivery including support sales strategy.


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Have 2 or more years' sales/business development experience in the downstream business/specialty chemicals industry.

  • Have demonstrated aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.

  • Have proven background in Downstream Chemicals and/or oil trading domain linked.

  • Have the ability to build good relationships and rapport with customers.

  • Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, environment.

  • Have good commercial astute and excellent communication skills.
