Start your career at Boston Scientific as a Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for Endoscopy

 

LOCATION

 

  • This role can be located in one of the BSC hub location in EMEA (Voisins le Bretonneux, Milan, Madrid or Duesseldorf). 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work collaboratively with NKAMs, CCMs, and Sales leadership in the assigned cluster, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Develop deal models and conduct scenario analyses related to the overall Cluster Sales strategy and offered commercial solutions.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc and routine analytical requests to drive profitable deals and support the Sales team in commercial decision-making.
  • Support the Sales Leadership team in driving client commitment and contract compliance through the development and maintenance of appropriate tools.
  • Integrate new products and services into existing deals, assessing performance impact, aligning Customer Service, and reviewing IPAT.
  • Provide regular updates on relevant KPI measurements, contribute to the development of executive-level presentations, and support the business review process.
  • Develop, maintain, and update systems or tools as defined by the Sales Operations Manager, including training and supporting business partners in their use.
  • Participate in customer meetings (e.g., negotiations, tender processes) and provide analytical support to the Sales team throughout the process.
  • Liaise with program delivery teams at an operational and local level to monitor implementation and report issues.

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in finance, Sales Operations, contract management, or a related field; within the medical technology or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data processing software (e.g., Excel), and experience with enterprise and reporting systems.
  • In-depth understanding of economic customer segments, needs, and trends within the medical technology sector. Familiarity with industry-wide analytics and systems.
  • Collaborative work style with demonstrated ability to work closely with NKAMs, CCMs, and Sales leadership teams. Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Ability to respond resourcefully to new challenges and changing demands in a dynamic market environment. Courage to confront problems directly, take decisive action, and evaluate risks and benefits.
  • Proactive in generating new ideas and approaches to support meaningful and innovative tool development for future value.
  • Demonstrated competencies in strategic thinking, global perspective, customer focus, analysis, planning, execution, relationship building, and influence.
