As a Sales Specialist – Channel for Electrification business, you will be responsible for supporting the local sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be working with distribution leader in HCM to push sales through distribution channel. Building up relationship with M&E contractors, PBS, trading companies to expand geographic coverage, especially in Mekong delta area.This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating with product managers to provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable sales action plan to achieve annual sales target
- Preparing and delivering product/ solution presentations and sales material to distributors
- Coordinating with PM and customers to provide product/solution/service-related trainings/ seminars
- Preparing and executing the marketing plan with distributors
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/ mechanical engineering/ economic administration
- 3 - 4 years of experience in distribution sales, experience with Medium Voltage switchgear (RMU) / Cable & Cable Accessories/ Transformer/ LBS/ FCO/ Reclosers is a plus
- Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result oriented
- Knowledge about the MV market in the South of Vietnam
- Good network with M&E contractors/ PBs is advantage
