In this role, you will:
(1) Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams across marketing, business units, and sales to design and execute marketing campaigns;
(2) Utilize omni-channel strategies to orchestrate the customer journey within and across our Liquid Handling and Genomics business;
(3) Create demand generation globally to delivery above target results.
The required qualifications for the job include:
(1) Support and train the sales organization through appropriate marketing product training (in classroom, co-travel, remote webinars etc...).
(2) Utilize Customer Insight to develop demand generation marketing strategies;
(3) Collaborate with Business Unit product managers to assist in the development of vendor partners and product marketing strategies.
(4) Develop and monitor marketing KPI’s, metrics and bowlers.
(5) Understand and provide market visibility metrics to the commercial organization.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Sales or marketing in the biotechnology industry
· Experience positioning capital equipment and consumable product portfolios

The salary range hourly range for this role is $95,000 to $140,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
