PRIMARY FUNCTION / OBJECTIVE
Product manager is responsible for planning and executing the marketing plan and tactics for Vascular’s OCT (optical coherence tomography) intravascular imaging product portfolio.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY
Product Manager is responsible and accountable for-
Analyze brand positioning and customer insights
Shape and communicate our vision, mission and strategy
Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies
Partner with and coordinate the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand, including new product launches, digital marketing campaigns, pricing strategy, and internal & external training
Lead promotional asset development to motivate the target physicians to “take action”
Establish performance indicators and targets and build short and long term sales forecasts
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of competition
Gather customer feedback and insights and provide feedback to Global / R&D to guide future product enhancements and innovation
Monitor product supply, distribution, and optimize capital asset utilization
Align stakeholders (Global, Regional, Local, and across all functions) around the brand’s direction, strategy, and execution
Provide guidelines for financial planning, forecasting and strategic planning
