Production Manager

As a Production Manager for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for production output / revenue according to production schedule to achieve goal of company.

This position reports to

Production Manager

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring requirement related with quality, throughput time, efficiency, on-time delivery, cost, safety, etc. to reach target of company and customers
• Managing department related KPIs achievement and the reports
• Managing the inventory and cost expenditure in manufacture process
• Handling and coordinating problems occurring in manufacture process
• Deploying basic floor management tools (5S, visual management) in workshop
• Establishing / developing production management or operational procedures
• Participating/ encouraging improvement activities for capacity, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, etc. in manufacture process
• Providing the necessary training / coach to develop competence of team members and operators
• Providing support and cooperation to other function in several projects/issues
• Leading relative activities to follow the requirement of company, such as EHS, Employee Guideline, etc.

Your background

• College degree or above
• 8+ years’ working experience and 3+ years in production/workshop management
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP, and MS Office
• Well understanding with Lean production/six sigma, kaizen
• Good English both in oral and written
