It’s an exciting time at AXA Health, with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our SME Retention team on a permanent basis.
As Retention Account Manager, you’ll maintain and grow the relationship between AXA healthcare and our Client Relationship Customers, both broker and direct.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Achieve a yearly retention target through sales retention.
- Work within the commercial rules and budget allocation for your portfolios and ensure all data requirements are kept up to date.
- Develop relationships with our internal and external customers by providing an efficient and reliable service across all communication channels.
- Ensure that all sales complaints are raised and handled, monitored and recorded using the escalation process and systems.
- Provide a professional service to all our customers when dealing with complaints in a timely manner.
- Consistently evidence that you're delivering accurate and compliant information to customers.

Your Profile
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within the account management field will be essential for this role.
- Retention experience is desirable for this role.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone based communication.
- Goal orientated.
- Organised, methodical.
- Good time management skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of AXA PMI products and SME PMI Market.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
