This position is part of the Sales Department located in Beckman Coulter Poland and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
support sales team in pre-sales and post-sales projects in automation, including attending and presenting at external customer meetings and internal meetings to develop sales opportunities and help business development
provide workflow analysis in selected customers to maintain and develop existing and gain new customers
deliver post-installation trainings with full implementation of automation solutions
provide scientific and products’ support for customers, sales department, and others support department and collection/maintaining current information about diagnostics laboratory market and about competition activities in the indicated area.
Liaise with customers and coworkers (BU) to identify opportunities, trends, and weaknesses in the medical diagnostics’ line and regular cooperation with specialists in this field from other countries, exchange of experience and the possibility of obtaining in automation projects in other countries, which will involve international travels
The essential requirements of the job include:
Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a field of science based or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years track record in the diagnostics industry with understanding of laboratory workflows and related technologies / processes
Fluent English, knowledge of the industry language
High competence in data analysis
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in the field of medical laboratory work will be an advantage, in particular the ability to analyze laboratory processes
Experience working as an FSE is an advantage
Demonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories
