Reporting to Lead Technical Application Specialist
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Having consistency to deliver good operation training on ADD products in Abbott training facilities and onsite to customers and providing on- site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver Customer Operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site
Perform new instrument and assay implementations through to Test Of Record
On-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training
Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for EHS performance and compliance through active participation and support of Abbott EHS program.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or experience required. Bachelors degree in medical technology are preferred
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
2 years’ experience in medical laboratory service and support
Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
Strong communication skills
Technical expert for product line responsibility
Experience in use of analytical tools and software
