- Translate Data and AI platform strategy into a roadmap that drives the development with the latest technology, innovation, and realizing market value, against quick wins and long-term objectives to power our travelers.
- Strategy – Translate the business's goals into tracking requirements and ensure we're creating our platforms based on the highest value use cases.
- Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting associated targets by improving, re-imagining, challenging status quo, and leading change
- Define and manage implementation roadmaps to bring consumer and producer data assets to the required standard
- Work across Egencia (data producers and data consumers) to evangelize and apply data management practices to ensure data is being used in the most effective way to drive value creation
- Review proposed terms and metrics definitions from data producers and consumers and submit recommendations for decision
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- Solid understanding of data platforms and data strategies for large scale organizations
- Experience in a Digital Platform Products / PaaS / Analytics / AI&ML / Product Management position
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting features & requirements from both business and technical teams
- Strong strategic perspective and ability to think through big-picture issues coupled with excellent execution to get things done in a fast-paced, environment
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey sophisticated and abstract concepts to both technical and business teams
- Outstanding influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization
- Exceptional collaboration, business insight, and customer advocacy skills
