What you’ll do

  • Synthesize with business analysis BIS performance (share, orders, revenue, CM, etc.)
  • Assessment of BIS offerings competitiveness, current and future anticipated state.
  • Develop EQS solutions upon customers and partners' needs;Ensure front line sales force for successful execution of growth objectives. Drive business growth by collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Providing region input to business needs for MCS. Developing and supporting product/solution-specific KOL's and advisory boards. Developing regional thought leadership and advertising and promotion strategy in support of business growth.
  • Consulting validation service and fast tark team. Gathering regional evidence of customer success, good/bad stories and outcome evidence where appropriate, Form and execute the game plan to gain share.
  • Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules ensuring fulfillment of the order is according to customer expectations and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to account plans at accounts covered by account managers/executives.
  • Collaborate with and leverage subject matter experts and other resources within channels to build relationships and secure business.
  • Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and Compliance
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
     

Who you are

  • Understanding of customer/marketplace and drivers that influence customer behavior. Talent for ensuring satisfied customers by providing value-added products and services.
  • 3+ years experience in Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial needs and market trendsProven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Education to Bachelor Degree level.
  • Strong influencing skills across business functions; Confidence to share difficult messages and defend decisions and make judgment calls
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation & closing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to travel
