As Risk Consultant Property you willbe the face of AXA XL to the local client. You partner with our clients in order to manage their risk appropriately, understand exposures and develop risk quality over time. Furthermore you play a crucial role in helping underwriters to understand risk and make sound underwriting decisions.
This is a great opportunity to join our Global Risk Consulting team reporting to the Property Manager Risk Engineering.

What your essential responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property risk assessment surveys in various industries, both domestically and internationally, for insured and uninsured customers
- Preparation of survey reports including loss estimates and recommendations for risk improvement based on customer-specific service guidelines
- Risk engineering consulting activities for industrial clients including the preparation of specifications, conducting consulting visits and reviewing execution plans
- Testing and acceptance of fire protection systems
- Support in the development of risk engineering standards and protection concepts
- Support for account management and in the preparation of account reviews
- Participation in internal and external training courses in the field of industrial loss prevention
SHARE your talent
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Completed engineering or scientific university degree (Master, Bachelor, Engineering Diploma)
- Experienced in evaluating and managing Risk, combined with a profound knowledge in local and international fire protection standard, e.g. NFPA, FMDS, CEA
- You combine your confident and engaging manner with a customer-oriented approach to work and a strong ability to organize yourself. You also enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and contributing your conceptual skills and organizational talent
- Willingness to travel (about 30%)
- Fluent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. Any further language skills are an advantage
- Driven to deliver service excellence; a strong team player with developed analytical, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills
- Willingness to work independently with a significant amount of contact with the business and customers in an international, matrix organized, fast-paced and dynamic environment
