As part of the development of its activities for the Group, ALTIOS France is looking for a Junior Process & Quality manager in Nantes. Reporting to the Group Head of Process & Quality, you will play an active role in designing consistent tools for all Group’s expertise. 4 main mission areas : Structuration Support Altios transversal expertise structuring their value proposition (business proposals) and deliverables with the objective to help SMEs & Mid cap companies succeeding in their international growth (Strategy, Expansion, Set-up & Invest abroad) Take ownership of each Altios SBU objectives & challenges by designing tailor-made & agile content Elaborate synthetic, pragmatic, client centric & business-oriented materials Training Design internal training modules dedicated to Altios collaborators: Altios Academy Decline tools per Practice (Strategy, Business development, Corporate services, HR, Acquisition, Industrial investment) & per position (Business developer, Project manager, Accountant,..) Internal HR Coordinate Onboarding training program for newcomers Manage the Buddy mentor program Develop internal HR processes as recruitment, group policy, mobility policy, … Quality Run customer satisfaction campaigns (sending, follow-up, analysis) Define internal Kpis (quantitative & qualitative) Communication Provide internal information on actions taken at group level about Process & Quality topics We are looking for a Junior Quality & Process Manager who is fluent in French & English with ideally a first experience in international business & project management and/or process, quality & HR management. Your excellent ability to analyze and synthesize enables you to develop complete and well-structured modules & tools . Your dynamism , proactivity , listening and interpersonal skills allow you to design materials meeting your targets' expectations. Excellent Powerpoint skills are required and expertise in collaborative tools will be a plus. / WHY JOIN US ?
