Mission

Une personne ayant un attrait pour les projets liés à la transformation digitale. Il/Elle sera en charge de travailler directement au sein de l’équipe Data Management et Système d’Information rattachée à la Direction des Ressources Humaines. L’importance de cette mission pour Oracle France est cruciale et vous offre à cet égard une visibilité maximale. Ainsi, vous reporterez directement à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines de la filiale, qui vous assurera support & conseil. Une Offre pour une/un jeune étudiant/e ambitieux/se ayant un attrait pour le numérique et les challenges professionnels Missions du candidat pendant son apprentissage Automatiser la production des données sociales Modéliser et digitaliser les processus internes RH (Oracle APEX) Participer à la définition des KPIs stratégiques RH et à l’automatisation des KPIs via nos outils internes de business intelligence (Data Visualisation Cloud, Apex) Participer au développement de la communication digital au sein d’Oracle France (interne/externe) Aider à la création, la production de contenus et choisir les medias ad hoc pour développer la communication digitale RH (interne/externe). Analyser et mesurer l’impact des campagnes de communication interne (Oracle Marketing Cloud - Eloqua) Participer à l’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateur Participer aux projets transverses RSE et Wellbeing Oracle France Profil du candidat(e) Profil Bac +3/4 école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire Maitrise des langages SQL, PL/SQL et connaissance des langages CSS et HTML serait un plus.
