The Senior Channel Sales Representative will serve as liaison between Sales Manager, Marketing and Distributors of Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services business to sell mobile computers, printers, and data capture devices that improve worker productivity in retailers, distribution centers, transportation and logistics, and healthcare organizations achieve significant improvements in efficiency, speed, and accuracy in their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and explain product/solutions value.
  • Prospects and develops new potential customers and partners to establish business relationships, qualifying new accounts and making sales of strategic account.
  • Monitors Customers satisfaction and elevates issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution.
  • Develop new Sales Channels and manage existing Sales Channels
  • Develop and expand new customers.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products/services and solutions.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Interfaces with channel partner to coordinate with Distributor for sales and marketing activity.
  • Sets own priorities and schedules to meet established goals; meets commitments consistently.
  • Support any management information request and special projects along with strategic initiatives.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Business Management or Engineering or operations qualification.
  • 3 - 5 years + Direct experience in Sales for Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC) across Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Government industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT and related in WMS/TMS/T&L/Manufacturing/Oil & Gas business.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a Sales role is essential.
  • Experience working with direct and indirect channels sales route.
  • Lead by influence with strong experience with corporate or internal sell.
  • Strong business developer which includes cold calls.
  • Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills.
  • Ability to execute strategies promptly and effectively with direct improvement to the business.
  • Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
  • Successful sales record.
  • Technical understanding on applications and product knowledge of relevant products, sufficient to allow the production of clear and concise proposals.
  • Proven business acumen & Excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to convince others from both within and outside the organization to reach agreement to accept complete proposals and programs, for which both parties have common desire to reach solution.
