Manage all aspects ofengagements with existing and new customers for our [Nuclear project]organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business inorder to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales andgrowth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical salesbusiness objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility withcustomers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition tothe customers
Key Responsibilities
Must have a high level of knowledge and hands on experience with Fire Alarm Systems,
Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions, establishing comprehensive project schedules, prices, strategy, competitors impact andin coordination with the team
Diligently track project resources and progress, documenting any events impacting the schedule, scope, and overall efficiency; identify and pursue opportunities for project-specific change orders
Ensures client interactions are exceptionally handled; requests and concerns are accurately tracked, assigned, and resolved
Ability to work cross-functionally within in terms of product, technical, customer service, ensure the product on time delivery and enhance the satisfaction of customer
Maintain contract documents and ensure change orders are processed in a timely fashion, keep records of contracts and documentation
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
