Honeywell, a global leader in technology and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Channel Sales Representative for SMB Fire Sales, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment through channel partners, focusing on fire safety solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of channel dynamics, and a proven track record in the fire safety industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Honeywell’s fire safety business within the SMB segment in Vietnam.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, while managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
  • Deliver sales targets and objectives in line with Honeywell’s business goals.
  • Conduct regular training and product demonstrations to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market and customer needs.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product development team to align offerings with customer requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all Honeywell internal policies and regulatory requirements.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB market dynamics in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
