As a Data Scientist in the insurance sector, you will play a crucial role in leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights to enhance business strategies and decision-making processes.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Data Analysis and Modeling:

·       Use your expertise in SQL, Python, and machine learning/NLP techniques to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models.

·       Design and implement data models to extract valuable insights for optimizing insurance processes.

Power BI Expertise:

·       Serve as the subject matter expert in Power BI, utilizing your certification and skills to create interactive and insightful dashboards.

·       Transform complex data sets into visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders.

Data Flow Management:

·       Manage and optimize the flow of data within the organization, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.

Mobility:

·       Willingness and ability to work in different countries, adapting to diverse working environments and collaborating with global teams.

Communication and Collaboration

·       Effectively communicate complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders, promoting a collaborative environment.

·       Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

This function reports to the Head of Data Central Gouvernance

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Background/profile :

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

·       3-5 years of relevant work experience on data driven topics.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Proven experience in end-to-end data science projects, from data collection to model deployment.

·       Familiarity with insurance-related data and business processes.

Technical Skills :

·       Proficiency in SQL.

·       Mastery of Python and key machine learning/NLP techniques.

·       Expertise in Power BI with an Associate Level Certification.

·       Solid understanding and experience in data modeling.

·       Experience in data flow management.

·       Strong technical translation skills for business requirements.
