Service Delivery Manager Technique Rugged Devices

Bonjour,Je recherche pour mon client grand compte basé à Courbevoie (92), un profil SDM Technique terminaux durcis. S'agissant de la mission : 
* Présenter l’offre de service aux correspondants business / ITS
* Onboarder des ITS et des business sur les process de mise en place du service
* Qualifier des nouvelles demandes en lien avec les équipes ITS
* Suivre le catalogue avec les fournisseurs
* Implémenter des profils de configuration
* Accompagner techniquement les projets d’évolution du service
* Faire du support technique aux admins pour la mise en œuvre des pilotes et des mises en production (en coordination avec les équipes réseaux/sécurité/mobilité)
* Gérer les évolutions sur la plateforme Mobil Iron
* Rédiger des documents techniques et process
* Faire un reporting sur les projets en cours
* En pilotage des équipes le cas échéant (qualification de nouveaux terminaux durcis, les tests et la formalisation des procédures d’enrôlementCompétences :
* Anglais : Très bon niveau écrit et oral.
